Culture Compass was born out of a simple observation: people often do not start thinking about developing their leadership skills until they actually become leaders. This leads to new leaders feeling overwhelmed and ill-equipped to tackle their new role with confidence and clarity. As someone who has studied various popular leadership philosophies, I have noticed that many of these programs are designed for those who currently find themselves in a leadership role. What about those of us, specifically in the younger generations, who are not in formal leadership roles, but seek to develop our skills for future leadership?

Our mission is to bridge the gap by empowering future leaders with the tools and mindsets they need to lead effectively before they ever step into the role From workbooks, to articles, to in-person and virtual roundtables.
